Qualify the Lead

We want to conserve time by only doing in-person walkthroughs for prospects who meet our most basic requirements, which are:

  1. They want service at least every two weeks.
  2. They are not a restaurant, salon, spa, retail space or industrial space (light industrial and mixed use is okay). 
  3. And, we do not offer one time or deep cleans to non-recurring office cleans.

Important Terms of Service for Office Cleans

  1. The client agrees to put a credit or debit card on file that will automatically be charged on their day of service. 
  2. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment but we do not provide or order: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. 
  3. Any post-construction cleans need to be estimated and approved by Logan.  

The In-person Walkthrough

Scope of Service

Standard Office Cleaning Checklist:

  • Empty trash/recycling/compost
  • Wet wipe tables in public spaces
  • Dust furniture including chair and table bases 
  • Dust and spot check baseboards, doors, door frames, window sills, outlets and light switches 
  • BATHROOMS: tubs, toilets, sinks, showers, counters, mirrors, floors and restocking toilet paper, paper towels and soap. 
  • KITCHEN: sinks, counters, exterior appliances, inside and outside of microwave, cabinet and drawer exteriors and floors. 

Here's What We Can't Do

There’s some things that we just can’t do because of training, supplies, equipment, insurance or our worker’s compensation category. Those items include: 

  • Exterior windows
  • Dusting or watering plants
  • Monitors/tv’s  
  • Walls
  • Laundry
  • Anything located outside of the office except for wiping down tables and chairs (definitely not railings, BBQ grills or ash trays)
  • Anything that can not safely be reached with a step stool and 7 foot extension duster

Upgrades

Clients can choose to enhance their service with:

  • Tops of desks
  • Inside fridge/oven/dishwasher
  • Inside cabinets
  • Cleaning exterior windows or windows separating offices 
  • Dry dusting blinds
  • Erasing dry erase boards
  • Dusting office equipment (printers, faxes, phones, etc.)
