Preparing Paycheck Bags

Each paycheck bag contains:

1 paper bag
2 magic erasers
20-25 small green compostable trash bags
1 small handful of confetti mints in a small white bag

Place one Paycheck bag in each employee cubby on or before Thursday morning.

Preparing Gay Spray

What you need:

Small stainless steel spray bottle
Lavender essential oil
Eucalyptus essential oil
Water
Gay Spray labels

Pour 1 teaspoon of lavender essential oil and one teaspoon of eucalyptus essential oil into a spray bottle. Fill the rest of the way up with water. Dry the bottles and then after the bottles are dry let them air dry further and then apply a Gay Spray label to each bottle.

Preparing New Client Welcome Bags

What you’ll need:

White or silver paper bag with handles
Dazzle sticker, real estate sticker and pride sticker stuck to the same side of the bag
1 sheet of pink tissue paper
1 Dazzle coffee cup
1 spray bottle of Gay Spray
3 Dazzle bumperstickers
Dazzle business card and Dazzle magnet
Real estate postcard and real estate magnet

Red Juice Concentrate

Red Juice Concentrate:

It’s just BioKleen
in a small clear bottle
wrapped in red duct tape
finished with a label
we want to keep at least 10 of these on hand at all times

Red Juice, Ready to Use

Red Juice, Ready to Use:

2 ounces of BioKleen to 1 gallon of water
10 ounces of BioKleen to fill up the 5 galloon container of Red Juice
Wrap spray bottles in red duct tape

Blue Juice

1 ounce of BioKleen to 1 gallon of water
5 ounces of BioKleen to fill up the 5 gallon jug of Blue Juice
+ spray bottles of Blue Juice Wrapped in bright blue duct tape

Black Juice

5 ounces of BioKleen to 1 gallon of water and 5 ounces of dish soap
25 ounces of BioKleen to fill up the 5 gallon jug of Black Juice + 25 ounces of dish soap
wrap spray bottles with black duct tape

Green Juice

Green Juice only comes in spray bottles
no concentrate and no big premixed refill jugs
fill each bottle with 1/3 Simple Green and 2/3 water

We always want to have three to five cleaning kits prepared and ready to go.

Each Cleaning Kit contains:

Blue Juice, Red Juice, Green Juice, Black Juice, Red Juice Concentrate
paint scraper, squeegee, whisk broom, tile brush, toilet brush inside a 1 gallon ziplock bag
fur brush, gloves, bag of confetti mints, 20-25 compostable bags, 2 magic erasers
3 sponges, dish soap, speed cleaning apron, mineral oil/stainless steel kit, rinse cup
pumice stone, 3 toothbrushes, ostrich feather duster, microfiber duster

Day 1 Supplies & Equipment should all be laid out nicely ready for a potential employee to start on Monday. We want to have one set out by Thursday every week.

Water the plants once a week or so

It should look like a store: well organized, stocked, faced, full and maximizing variety
Keep the fridge, freezer, microwave, snack tables and snack bar bins sparkling clean

Wash & Dry Cleaning Cloths

Wash & Dry Cleaning Clothes

Wash cleaning clothes
Use hot water, detergent and vinegar or bleach
Use your company credit card to wash and dry at the laundry mat or take them home to wash and dry and then charge Dazzle 1 hour of labor per loading use Dazzle detergent/vinegar/bleach
