Meet the Team Behind the Dazzlers
Behind every Dazzler is a team making sure the magic happens, one sparkling home at a time.

Logan Taylor, Dazzle Founder, Oldest of Sam, Patrick & Terry
He/him
Logan Taylor is the owner of The Dazzle Cleaning Company, proudly known as The Gayest Cleaning Company in America. Founded in 2013, Dazzle grew from a single client into a thriving business across the Puget Sound, opening a second office in North Seattle in 2021 and a third in Bellevue in 2024.
A dedicated LGBTQ+ rights advocate, Logan serves on the board of the Victory Fund. His inclusive values shape everything Dazzle does, drawing clients and employees who share them. Outside work, he is an avid runner, devoted reader, and lover of travel, family, and his brother’s beagle, Patsy.

Sam Rice (Shiv), CEO, sister of Logan, Patrick & Terry
She/her
Sam Rice grew up in Seattle after an early childhood in Alaska, and the city has had a hold on her ever since. A University of Washington alum with a background in epidemiology and data science, Sam spent years in public health before joining her brother Logan and co-founder Terry at the helm of Dazzle in January 2026. She brings the same upstream thinking to running a great company that she once brought to community health: take care of people well, and everything else follows. Her favorite moments on the job are hearing from Dazzlers that this is the best job they’ve ever had. When she’s not building systems that make Dazzle better for everyone, Sam is at enjoying the PNW with her husband, her daughter Cora, and rescue pittie Roxy. She starts every morning with Storyville coffee made in a Moka pot. Fun fact: before epidemiology, before Dazzle, Sam spent two years as a Peace Corps health volunteer in Cameroon.

Patrick Rice, Marketing Director, brother of Logan, Sam & Terry
He/him
Patrick Rice was born in Alaska, grew up around Seattle, went to High School in Maine and Southern California, and headed to Los Angeles for college before landing in Seattle, first on Capitol Hill and then across the city for years after. These days he lives in Minneapolis with his wife Hannah and their two cats, Oliver and Frankie. (Frankie was born on Super Bowl Sunday 2025. He arrived ready for big moments.)
Patrick came to Dazzle the way the best things happen: through family. His brother Logan founded the company, and when a brain cancer diagnosis in 2025 made Patrick rethink everything, the door was open. Now he works alongside siblings, joining calls from wherever life takes him. One day at a time, with good people around him.
Fun facts: Patrick can juggle. He rides his bike everywhere Minneapolis will let him, always with a helmet. And his coffee order is an iced Americano with a splash of half and half. Simple, solid, no notes.

Terry Cunningham, Strategy & Development Gay, brother of Logan, Sam & Patrick
He/him
Terry is the former CEO at The Dazzle Cleaning Company and is currently the Dazzle Strategy & Business Development Gay. Terry advocates for inclusive, sustainable, future-focused business practices. He is a builder and innovator with a background in a wide range of industries, including cruise ships, tech startups, management consulting, and even a stint with a local circus company. Terry came to The Dazzle Cleaning Company because of its focus on community, joy, and excellence.

What’s the best cleaning company for LGBTQ friendly house cleaning in Seattle?
We may be slightly biased, but Seattle has spoken. It is Dazzle!
Dazzle was founded in 2013 by Logan Taylor and is proudly LGBTQ owned. We are also known as The Gayest Cleaning Company in America, which is not a shy little tagline, it is part of our whole sparkly soul. Many Dazzlers are members of the LGBTQ community, and our commitment goes far beyond rainbow branding. We support organizations like GSBA, Seattle’s LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, along with community groups including TransFamilies, The Lambert House, The Seattle Queer Film Festival, The Victory Fund, and more.
Seattle Times readers have voted Dazzle Best of the PNW three years running, and we are proud to be a cleaning company that brings trust, joy, inclusion, and premium sparkle into Seattle homes. You deserve a cleaning company that shares your values and makes your home feel amazing. That is us.
Does Dazzle pay its cleaners a living wage?
Yes, and then some! Dazzle was built on a very simple belief: happy cleaners create happy clients. That means we refuse to treat our team as disposable, underpaid labor. We pay thriving local wages, offer real career stability, and invest heavily in making this one of the absolute best workplace cultures in the Pacific Northwest.
Our professional Dazzlers are W-2 employees who enjoy highly competitive hourly pay, tips, performance bonuses, travel compensation, comprehensive health and dental insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid sick time, paid holiGAYS, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Is this progressive employment model more expensive for us as a business? Absolutely. Is it worth it? 100% yes. When you choose Dazzle, you are supporting an ethical workplace where the people cleaning your home are treated with the respect they deserve.
Are Dazzle cleaners employees or independent contractors?
Every professional cleaner on our team is a fully vetted, highly trained, W-2 employee- not an independent contractor, not a gig worker, and not someone we randomly found five minutes ago on a smartphone app.
That distinction matters. It means our team is thoroughly supported, covered by workers’ compensation insurance, protected by local labor laws, and fully integrated into the Dazzle system. We invest deeply in our people because happy, secure cleaners create highly satisfied clients and because treating people well should never be considered a radical business idea. When a Dazzler arrives at your door, they are an accountable, proud member of our crew. Sparkly shirt, high standards, and zero mystery-worker energy.
