“The best way to have really happy clients who love your company is to have super happy cleaners that love their job. That’s why I have built Dazzle around making sure that we have the happiest and best-paid employees in the cleaning industry.”
-Logan Taylor, President, and Founder of The Dazzle Cleaning Company
Our House Cleaners Really Are a Cut Above the Rest
When we say “see the dazzle difference” it’s not just smoke and mirrors. We not only provide our employees with the best training but also value them in ways most companies would never consider. In this blog, we’ll look at the reasons why Dazzle is simply the best.
We’re So Gay
We say we’re gay because many of us are, but more importantly, we say we’re gay because being part of the LGBTQIA community is a disadvantaged position locally and globally. Violent hate crimes against members of our community happen in this city. It is possible that a trans or gay person living in a repressive community will see or hear of a company like ours and this might be a window into a world that they don’t know. It might be surprising, exciting or a relief to them. We’re proud to bring this service to our community so we can see our gay sisters and brothers thrive.
This is something we take as serious as our stellar cleaning record. We’re proud to say that we’re fast, flexible and reliable when it comes to our services. Not only that we’re accountable to our community and trustworthy with our clients and employees. But most importantly we value our socially responsible environmental footprint.
We’re So Green
We care about the earth and want to do our part in preserving its natural beauty for generations yet unborn. We are reducing our consumption of plastic by making natural cleaning supplies. In addition, we limit how much fossil fuel is wasted through production and shipping to get them here.
We use various ingredients to make our cleaning products, including water and vinegar. We also add essential oils for fragrance if desired. Our homemade cleaners are mostly made up of all-purpose kitchen staples like baking soda or powder; mineral oil (for moisturizing), and a watered-down bleach solution when necessary.
Our company is committed to being as green and sustainable as possible, so we’ve made some changes that will help us be even better environmentally. We now use compostable bags for our garbage instead of plastic ones. In addition, our paper towels have been replaced with reusable cleaning cloths.
