Logan Taylor: Hey there my name is Logan Taylor and I’m the president and founder of The Dazzle Cleaning Company, with locations in Seattle, Washington and Scottsdale, Arizona!
Right now, we’re hiring full-time cleaners in both locations, and an admin assistant in our Scottsdale location.
When I started this company I knew that the very best way to have long-term happy clients was to have long-term happy cleaners, so I built my whole business around making sure that we have the happiest employees in the industry, which we do have and that’s why we have literally thousands of five star reviews online that you can check out.
Our employees are what makes us and we know that, so we treat our employees really really good. So here’s what it’s like to work at The Dazzle Cleaning Company: first of all you are getting paid 27 dollars an hour for full-time work, and that is as an employee not an independent contractor so that means that you’re paying into, and we’re paying into, Medicare, Medicaid, social security, unemployment, workers compensation… you have like all of that sort of social safety net things that you don’t have if you are an independent contractor someplace. It’s much better to be an employee! Also you get 401k with matching and medical insurance through Kaiser Permanente. It’s really great medical insurance. Dani Barney, who runs the whole show, she found great health insurance that we all use now that has low deductibles so it’s like really accessible. We also have vision and dental insurance available and paid time off. You also get your birthday off, paid of course and, there’s something else I was going to tell you I don’t want to forget because I don’t want to re-record this video… oh yeah! No nights, no weekends no major holidays. This is a Monday through Friday, 8 to 4 job, 8 to 5 if you’re super ambitious, so you can schedule your life. You don’t have to be thinking that you’re going to be, you know, having these crazy schedules that sometimes happen at retail locations or restaurants. It just makes it a lot easier to manage.
